
Bahiyah Betty Shabazz (born Betty Jean Sanders) (May 28, 1936 - died June 23, 1997), also known as Betty X, she was the wife of the late Malcolm X.

After high school, Betty left the comfortable home of his adoptive parents to study at Tuskegee Institute (now Tuskegee University) a historically black college in Alabama is well known.
